Cointelegraph reported that Trezor, a cryptocurrency hardware wallet company, is collaborating with Wasabi Wallet to enhance Bitcoin transaction privacy by enabling the CoinJoin feature on its hardware wallets, which allows users to conceal their transaction history and balance while purchasing, donating, and making other transactions with Bitcoin, while also promoting security; to enable CoinJoin, users need to create a new CoinJoin account on the main Trezor menu, with the new function being immediately live on the Trezor Model T wallet and soon to be available on the Model One wallet.

Trezor's new CoinJoin feature allows for increased privacy, but it comes with additional costs, including a 0.3% coordinator fee and mining fees, and longer transaction times due to setup and block downloading. However, Trezor CEO Matěj Žák emphasized the company's commitment to privacy and noted that Trezor is the first hardware wallet to implement CoinJoin, following in the footsteps of software wallets like Wasabi.
