The introduction of the bitcoin real estate marketplace in the US is taking place amidst a challenging period for the country's property markets. Texas properties have already been listed, and more properties from select states will be added by agents, brokers, and sellers in June. Transactions can be completed within one business day, which is 50 times faster than current averages. The marketplace is open to people worldwide and is integrated with Coinbase Commerce for digital coin payments. The CEO of MyEListing.com, Caleb Richter, believes this platform will revolutionize both the crypto and real estate industries.
